Default big stick

I have been looking for a plane to putts around with in my yard (live on a farm with a hayfield next to it) and was looking for somthing to take out and just do some slow flights. i have flown the .25 ugly stick and the big sticks seem to be the same besides for size and airfoil. but the wingloading looks real low so it should be the kind of floater im looking for, i would put either my O.S .40la or supertigre .51. in it depending on how aerobatic i want it too be. can anyone in here with expierience with this plane flies, or suggest another slow flier?

for front yard fun I had a Model Tech Magic, and an OS .40 FP 11x4 APC
set it up for Flap-ailerons
.40 FP is very light compared to a Ball-bearing motor and enough power for plenty of fun
huge wing, large control surfaces, lightly wing loaded

.46FX AX for great vertical proformance

a Stik will need at least twice the runway length

.02 worth from bob

I had the big stick .60, powered by a saito .100 (within the power range for the plane) and it could take off within the length of the fusealage! I assume you are talking about the .40 sized. Put the .50 on it, and it will do the same--or will be in the air within 10 feet, I guarantee it! And, they slow down nicely for landings.
