Default SIDE MOUNT MOTOR IN VENUS or ARESTI

I know I have asked about these planes before along time ago BUT I went with the D&L DESIGNS DALOTEL VIKING ARF instead because I whanted something different>>> ( not a cap;edge ;extra. ext. ).. this was not a good choice the ARF is well designd and looks good with great hardware but the construction in key areas ( wing cent. firewall , wing bolt area ext. ) and covering are not up to par......yes it is heat covering but its not mono or ultra cote...the fuse was saged badly and when heated to get ride of sages its started to come off and the seams started to separate on the stringers....the wood is very good but just not glued well in some areas....must have been made on a friday ( friday the 13th ) .....the plane will have to be remade and the covering removed and done again....I have already started construction and used some of the hardware in other kits or YES I WOULD BE RETURNING THIS ARF...??? I do not have the time this year to build this arf or kit ( 3 kits and 2arfs to do this winter ) so I will put it back on the shelf and build it next winter when i got more time...??????
I have a NEW WEBRA 50 GT that I will put in the ARF.....FUTABA 6xas radio gear with 3004 servos........
I ONLY HAVE PITTS MUFFLER AND WOULD LIKE TO SIDE MOUNT THE MOTOR....( I am also one of those bad boys who will not invert a motor ......did it years ago in a midwest cherokee.. nothing but proplems.. went back to sidemount and all problems went away,,).....THIS will be my last 40 size plane ..as i have gone to saito 100 and ys 91 for motors.....
HAS ANYONE SIDEMOUNT A MOTOR IN A GP VENUS or HAN9 ARESTI..????????????
MAIL order store has both in stock ....hints to venus as being a little stronger built.. may end up heavyer then the aresti..??
DOSE the ARESTI have a weak tail area or has this been fixed????
I have seen both fly and the ARESTI seems to be a little more stable and a lot easyer to see in the air....ALSO NONE OF THE PINK ISS>>> LIKE THEV VENUS HAS....??????
SO which one should I buy VENUS or ARESTI
side mount motor
fastes to build and lest amount of problems or changes needed.........
strongest for those not so good landings
fly of my own grass strip so will not use wheel paints but will use 3 inc. wheels

thanks to RCU

Go for the Caddy and get a KY Majestic!!! Mine has an os46fx with the stock muffler, mounted at a 45 degree down angle so the muffler exits the bottom. Same radio setup as yours. Built to last and is nice and light. In my opinion the extra money for the kit is well worth it. I think using a pitts muffler would work fine with this plane. I fly off thick wetland grass and the stock wheels have held up well.

FWIW, I have seen him fly it, and it flies awesome! I want one now.

Of course being a good pilot helps
