I have been flying large aerobatic planes for a while now and would call myself an expert pilot, so I am not new to the hobby. Anyway, my second plane is still up and flying, never even crashed it!! But it is getting beat up and kind of boring to fly. It is also very heavy which is unacceptable to me. It is a kyosho 40 sized cub. I am going to retire it this winter and possible build something else from the equipment. I would like it to be a highwing scale aerobatic plane, such as a citabria etc. It would have to be in the 4-4.5lb range, 40 size of course.

Does Midwest still offer the Citabria? That was/is a nice flying plane.

They do, but it is too big for the engine. A magnum 52 4c. My cub weighed about 5.5-6lbs and that is a little too much for that engine.
