Default Engine Mounting Giant Big Stick

I have a giant big stick from GP. It is set up to mount a Fugi but said you can use any gas engine. My question is has anyone mounted another gas engine on this plane? Also how do I know where to put it? I have the template from http://www.bcmaengines.com/ I have the SPE 40.

Is there an offset or anything or do I mount it dead center?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I put a 25 ccc Homie on mine w the nose gear,I used the Fuji mount for a template and marked the crankshaft center , then laid out the homeie plate aligning the center, moved one standoff to square the stands up and presto, changeo it fits and is in the air.
