I recently purchased a 120 sized corsair from nitroplane.com. I received the plane with a damaged fuse., crushed no visible damage to the box. I contacted nitroplanes, they told me to send the fuse back and they would replace it. That was six weeks ago, no fuse. they will not return my e-mails or my phone calls. I think that the cmp model will be nice if I can ever get a fuse. Radien technologies also sales cmp arf's, just a few things you fellow fliers should know.

I'm having similar problems attempting to contact NitroModels.com
My order was short one of two small airplane kits.
No reply to my email queries about the order, and no reply to my
voice messages on their answering machine yet.
It's been three days of attempts to contact them so far with no reply from them.

I heard back from Nitorplanes.com today, via email, four days after attempting to contact them.
I'd guess that their support staff is overloaded.
They're sending me the missing item.
Some of our Bend Aero Modelers are very happy with their NitroPlanes.com airplanes. Our
club president is building their Cessna 337 twin ARF currently.

I had tried calling their phone number many times during those hours, and always got their
voice mail.
I've since purchased from them again, the .46 Long Ez kit, and the products seem fine.
The Long Ez instructions look like they were written by the same guy wrote the instructions
for the Hobby Lobby V Diamond.

P51 man did you have to pay the return shipping for their screwup?
I bought two heli's from them, one works the other does not.
When I did get a human on the phone I was given a RMA number, but it cost me $15 to ship their defect back to them.
I think that says enogh about this company for me to not buy from them again.
After reading a bunch of posts (yours included) on their responce time regarding returns, I'm wondering how many weeks it will take to get a replacement.

Nitroplanes, sent me the wrong ARF Hellcat on an order recently.
I contacted them via e-mail and the sent out the proper plane immediately and also offered me the errant plane for the cost of what the shipping charges would be.
Smart move on their part, and it satisfied me.

Short story
RE: nitroplanes.com
If you need to contact them just use the PM within the RC forum.
I orderd a P51 1.40 ARF when it arrived I opened the box and found no CA hinges and cracked wheel wells,
I had a fit trying to get someone to respond, but they did after about 10 days. Parts replaced !
Now heres the real kicker, I left this plane off the bench from DEC 06 to MAR 07 , waiting for the new RCV CD130 (still waiting) well in March I started to pick up the pace on the build because RCV had a date in April
now SEP , Anyway I found that I had one side of the elevator so distorted and warped, well it was Trash.
I gave John(nitro staff) A PM reguarding My problem, I got an e-mail back the same day with a tracking # and guess what happend NEXT
I recieved A compleate rear stab and elv set up . NO I did not have to send pics,or the old parts back
He took my word after all that time and sent the parts more parts than I asked for!
They have made great porgress in the only week point they had, So use the PM and forget about the phone calls and The E-mail address they give you to use, they are a waste of time.
Give the man a PM and see what happens
