RE: Airborne Models' Sky Raider Mach 2
We have a number of flyers flying them and they are good. They are used for pylon races by a number of clubs here in Central Florida. I fly the LA Racer 40 which is just a fancy Mach I with the same wing and it flies great. They are pretty well built for the price.

Yeah,I got one;liked it so much,I got one mo.-- GMS .47/unlimited vertical----ST 45/somewhat unlimited vertical.
Mods I made. 1.Filled in holes on root ribs for mo gluing surface. 2.Epoxyed tail section on permanently(make sure you loctite the screws/nuts on tail section) 3.Used Sullivan tank assy/don't trust the plastic crap with da kit. 4.Used bigger pieces of plastic for L/G straps/kit ones seem a li'l small to me.
Some peeps have complained about the soft L/G - mine has held up just fine even w/ not so perfect landings. Go ez on the throws;it can be as aerobatic as you want it . I fly mine w/ 11x6,11x7 props. No hard snappy manuvers,'member it's a low wing trainer, not a 3D hound. Enjoy !!!!!
