Default 4 Stoke Muffler Cowl advice!!!

How are you guys routing your 4 strokers muffler out of the cowl, I have a Kangke G300, and the exhaust just comes out of the bottom, but I will probably get alot of residue on my fuselage bottom, and L. gear. I have a Cap, and I have it pointed out the side which works, but doesnt look that good, I plan on changing it, as I just bought a new cowl for it. I need to make them a little longer, or something. I dont like the idea of putting tubing on the back of the muffler, as that always comes off during flight. Any recommendations will be appreciated. Thanks, Daz...

Default Muffler

I've used the blue muffler "exhaust stack" tubing on my YS .63.
Never a problem falling off...no impact on performance even thought the tube is 10" long.

This method really worked well for me.

Buy the correct size flex tube. Buy a stainless steel tube, tap both sides to match the flex tube and pipe coming from the muffler, and drill a hole in the stainless steel tube for a pressure fitting. The pressure is great, the sound is quiet, and the mess is minimal. I also have more details on my website
