Gosh, you guys make me sick (with envy, that is)
I retired last Jan and got back into flying RC after a few year layoff. A few years ago I built a 15'X20' shop, built work tables, stocked it with tools over the years. I put recessed lights throughout the workshop, so that would melt the models. All the walls have shelves with "Essential" items I have gathered through the years. Now I have 4 new airplanes (all built from kits) One ARF in the mail, and no place to put them. My garage has old, well used airplanes from my last venture hanging from the cieling. So unless I throw away some of the older ones I will end up trying not to step on my models as I work. I am a gatherer, it is hard to throw things away.
But Gosh it is fun.
Say, I do remember a bedroom not being used since our daughter left.

ARF, ARF, ARF, EVERY WHERE AN ARF. Why don't you try to actually build something and have a lot more fun. You don't need many kits in your collection to have a lot of actual building time and fun ahead of you. Instead of being a model assembler, be a model builder too.
