My Taylorcraft didn't come with a spinner either. As far a the balancing I'm not to sure of the 150. I'm running a G38 and have balanced it by moving the radio components. I'm also using 2 hs425's for the elevator instead of the split pushrod. The large cockpit is a great place to mount a smoke tank on the CG.

Mine looks great also,,,,but the control horns that came with the plane all has THREE holes to mount them and the screw count was for "2" per horn. The instructions also refered to 2 hole horns. I also had a problem with alignment on the tail section. After I squared the horz. stab I was left with a different measurement from side-to-side from the center of the fuse. I ended up trimming 3/16" from one of the elevator halves to clear the side of the fuse, barely noticable.......I am using one of my converted 30cc Homelites for power, tapped the Bennett muffler and will be using a Bennett smoke pump.

bluemodels,
TruTurn makes a nice 2.25" spinner for your Taylocraft. I have one on mine. For about an additional 10 bucks, they will custom-cut the notches to fit almost any prop.
Window tinting ? Check my "Gallery". The real Taylorcraft that was used by Hanger 9 as its model uses clear glass.
