Hi I am putting together a Great Planes Patty Wagstaff and have come to the part about attaching the tail feathers.It doesn't look like there is enough wood for a strong joint.Also how do you slide
the stab in the fuse without getting epoxy on the stab.

You apply epoxy to the stab saddle and the stab, than slide in place. Use alcohol to clean up, just follow the instructions it works perfect. I did what the instructions said and it worked great no problem.

I use epoxy until it was set then used liquid nails to fillet the entire joint!

I used gorilla glue and it set up like stone!!! good stuff
