Default Dave Patrick 210

So I ordered one on May 1st 2007, 23 days ago I got an email stating that it would ship within 7-14 business days, and when my card is charged thats how I know when the order has shipped. Ok so I use patience no big deal, but now after a week of calling no one picks up the phone and there is no answering machine. My card has not been charged, but then again I don't like it being out there in limbo either. I would email but have read in other post that they don't answer emails either. I guess what I would like to know is weather or not anyone else has ordered this engine and how long did it take to get??? If I don't here from him soon, I'm just gonna block Dave Patrick from my CC and re-order a Moki from hobby people.

LOL! I wonder if those threads are still accessible? Was that on RCU, or on RC Online?

Cheers,

Tho I really like Dave P as a person and a pilot, BUT his mom'n pop operation is cronically understaffed - and service suffers as a conseguence.

To spare yourself the frustration, I recommend going w/ Hobby People or Chief Aircraft, whichever is cheapest: http://www.chiefaircraft.com/rcmsec/...Mark.html#m210

Baha, Dave took money about a year ago for some parts for my Clipped Wing, which came damaged in freight. I never saw the parts... and probably never will. I was going to try and contact him last week as it's been a year since I ordered my Cub, but noticed his site is down. I too have concidered contacting Visa to get my money back.

Suckers- With as much negative information that has been put out over the last years or so on this guy, you shouldn't go complaining about it in public.

Or Mr. Smart ass, I have a life and don't have time to read every RCU thread last time I looked into Dave Patrick everyone was getting his ultimate biplane and loving it...

Obviously you don't have a life outside of your computer or you wouldn't waste time "trolling" my thread.

Maybe if I was a looser like you, and didn't have a life, I would have time to look up everything I do on RCU 1st. Last time I checked everyone liked the DP Ultimate Biplane!!! Why don't you get a life, there has to be other things to do with yourself besides Troll threads.... then again maybe this is all you're good at.

There was never really a question regarding the quality of his products genius and most people here know this. Few know the exact details of why his business took a nose dive. What ever it was, has been more than well publicized. This alone should send a clear signal to at least think twice before any dealings with him.

So with this, if you roll the dice and you lose well then-----[sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif][sm=lol.gif]

Looser? I'm not the one who paid for something I'll never see. So everyone who disagree's is now a Troll? As far as me not having "a life," I make "kk" a year in retirement from the life I didn't have-twice!
