Does anyone own this plane? http://www.nitroplanes.com/zlzen4656nig.html
I don't have any experience with Nitro Models, but I like the way this one looks. Not looking for another plane, But I do have some servo's and an engine getting lonely in the shop.

one guy in our flying group has a n.m. zlin 50. he does amazing 3-d aerobatics with it. its a nice looking plane but he told us that he was disappointed with covering and the covering job on it. he says the covering is thin and tears easily and he's had re iron the covering back on in various places on it where it simply came loose.

The Chinakote has a few problems as you've indicated.
I've run into this as well... especially once the plane has a few flights ( and fuel ) on it.
There is an easy solution though.
I've found that you can spray the plane either before or after you built it it with Topflight Clear Kote.
A few passes will give you a shiny and SEALED finish that holds up very well.

I've heard about the ChinaCoat problems. What about the general stability of the airframe. Granted it's an ARF, but after the standard ARF "fixes" how does it fly?
