I am looking to get into RC Aircarft, and I narrowed it down too these two?

They both have good reviews but it seems RTF have been underfire as of late. Issues with quality control and all that.
What do you all think?

I know this is a little more money than the ready to fly package but please consider buying individual components instead.
If $280 is all the budget can stand then the package deal will get the job done.

This radio has a lot more features, most notably 4 model memory.
The TT46pro engine is much more powerful than the OS40LA and it is well known to be very reliable and easy to operate.
