Has anybody seen or flew the new Great Planes U can do 3-D plane yet? Looks pretty good, with huge throws. Not so sure with the choice of covering colors though.

I have been flying one for about 2 months. I opted for the Saito 100. Mine weighs in at exactly 6.5 pounds. Totally awesome performance. I run 15% Wildcat premium extra and a 15X6 apc prop. I am using all JR 537 servos with du-bro large servo horns. The planes slow speed stability is incrediable. It floats like a glider! I am able to do waterfalls, hovers, torque rolls, harriers, walls, parachutes, elevators, harriers - you name it! Quality of the kit is top notch. Set up is quite fast as the wing is one piece and the stabilizer bolts on. The only thing to glue in the entire kit is the rudder fin and the cowl mounting blocks. Mine balanced out just a hare tail heavy. I have since added about 4 ounces of weight to the tail so it is modestly on the tail heavy side. I would recommend this plane to anyone beyond trainers. With decreased control throws, about anybody could fly it. With advanced, it will teach you things you never knew could be done. A+++.
