Default Pictures of your ARFS

Here are two pictures of me and my World Models P-51. It has a JR 8103 radio, and a OS 70 four stroke up front. Not the greatest picture of me though....

This is the Diablotin XL ARF I just finished (bummer was I needed the money and had to sell it before flying it :/)... anyway... check out the the 70 degrees of throw on the barndoor surfaces! Those are actual throws... I had the radio in my hand with the sticks jammed in the corners while I took the pic.

And all the time I thought I was talking with an experienced "old hand." Now I see I have been communicating with a mere child.

I wouldn't get too bummed about it if the wings are decent. That fuse looks repairable. Just build a new nose, and epoxy it on with a little plywood. I've fixed worse...

Default wanna-be "Marie"

Here's a pic of my .40 sized World Models P-51 next to a .60 sized Hangar 9 "Marie". I liked the way the H-9 Marie looked so I duplicated it. Little did I know that everyone and their dog bought the H-9 Marie! Now my Mustang looks like everyone else's! I even have a pic of 6 "Marie" P-51's in a row with mine at the end.

Oh well!

TWINS! You and a buddy need to do some formation flying with them. That would make for an AWESOME picture!

Jack, that Model Tech P-51D is an ARF.

Here is the business end of Short-Fuse Sallee, a Saito 72 four stroke:
