Hey guys, I just wanted to let everyone know about the excellent customer service I received from James at Kangke USA. I suggest that if you want an engine, plane, or other item that they supply, please visit them.

I know it is a sad day that we must celebrate great customer service, but I just can't let this one go. James was educated, nice, took care of my problem, gave me some new ideas, and just plain good to deal with. I will personally shop there any chance I have. Know if I have a question, I can always find the answer without much hassle is so great.

By the way, the problem was not their mistake, yet they fixed it like it was. You just can't beat that.

I totally agree. Not only do they manufacture great ARFS that are light, well built and fly super but they have excellent customer service. One of the planes I bought from them was short a decal and they immediately sent me two new ones, another plane had the fuselage damaged in UPS shipping and they sent me a whole new fuselage without questions or me sending the damaged one back to them. Super company to deal with, Dave Patrick should take lessons from them to improve his crappy service.

Default Tiger shark engines...

Now if they will get around to making the Tiger Shark 75 engines again I can finish putting my winter project together.

Actually, that is something I wanted to ask them and forgot. I saw on the website they where getting slim in the amount of engines they have availible, I wonder why?

I had a cracked cowl. Sent them a picture and another cowl arrived Fed Ex 3 days later. Great company and service.
