What im more interested in are the the flight characteristics in general between the two, not necessarily two particular kits.

50cc wildhare extra 300s or sd model(Thunder tiger) extra 260

what are the physical differences? or similarities... I know both have midwings, what else?

The 300S is considered a low wing.

The full scale 260 is a much better aerobat than the 300S. But that doesn't help you a bit, because the models are not exact scale. You are going to have to find someone who has flown both of the specific models you mentioned to give you an accurate comparison.

Failing that, you should probably pick the one with the lowest wing loading.
