Hanger 9 Cub 40 ARF
Purchased this Cub from A dealer that had several real good prices. I had been researching this Hanger 9 airplane , and decided to take the plunge . I proceeded to assemble it over several weeks ,spare time. The airplane was very nice ,right out of the box. About two weeks laterI discovered that I had a severely twisted wing strut. I call the dealer ,but he passed me off to Hanger9 ( Horizion Hobbies ). Let me tell you these guys are terrific. Not only did they send me the wing strut , I recieved it plus more . They really went the extra mile to solve my problem. I will be doing more business with them in the future.

John, check the covering job on the wings at the leading edge. If there is no.....or over very little overlap, preferably the top of the wing's covering on top of the lower wing's covering you may loose some of it in flight.
Wind force may peal back the covering because the covering has too little grip on the wood. You might loose lift on one side and crash. Ideally if you had a strip of covering to go over that seam you would be good to go.
Be careful when heating Ultracote as the edges may shrink back from too much heat.
