Nitroplanes Extra 330
May I be redeamed in my next life, my hands touched and ARF and I'm A little impressed with it. Not A lot but A little, OK, maybe A little more then A little.[&o] I'm assembling the NP 90 size Extra 330 for A student and was wondering if anyone has assembled one with duel elevator servos?? In my Chinglish instructions they are showing A drawing in #4 VerticalHorizontal tail Double push and push rod then state This part needs to buy separated see 5 below?? My question is are there hidden servo mounts under the covering? I don't want to be cutting the covering just to find that voided area I can feel under the covering is just A die cut hole. I'm begging to like this ARF, the instructions keep me laughing!!! Busted my wife up too after she had A bad day at work. The kid can have the plane, I'm keeping the instructions!!

RE: Nitroplanes Extra 330
G'day. There was a small thread on this a while back in the 3D section. The same question was asked on page 2.

Read the thread - there is some really interesting hints that will save you a lot of time. Overall - I was very impressed with this model and the way it flies.
Good luck.

bjor, thank you for the thread. That's what the picture in the book looked like, just the duel rod linkage set up but I did hope they set it up for the two servos. The kid can have A carbon fiber rod with A Y because I don't feel like going across town to the hobby shop that has the system in stock. Cap, I did give the old mark one eye ball and A light A try first thing but it's A long narrow path to the back. I'm surprised at how well this ARF is built, A bit light for my taste in A few places but A few sticks and some glue will fix that. The fuse sides squish in A bit when you install the wings but that should be OK after they are put on and off A few more times. Too bad my pockets are empty or I would have me A couple of there planes just in case I needed A plane in A hurry. No place to store A box this size either. Wonder how big the 50cc planes box is?? This box is huge!!
