H9 Edge 540 Wings???
I know there was a "sort a" recall on these wings last fall. My local hobby shop has one in stock since early last summer and I was checking it out. Question is how do I know if this plane has the new wings or the old wings?? I thought I remember someone talking about the color of the paint dot on the wing root so I checked that out. This one has a pink dot. If you guys could tell me if this would need the wings replaced or not that would be helpful.

look for a blue dot inside the wing servo mount if you dont see one call horizon hobby . heck id call horizon any way just to get an update on the plane and the wing situation. I have an origanal wing that had no failure but i replaced with the callback wing. Then took the original apart and beefed up the wing joiner box and hit everything with a shot of epox or glue.

Edge Wings
I have a new set of wings still in the box from Horizon. They sent me a new set after I had already sold my Edge. You pay the shipping and I will send them to you!

They let you keep the wings you had? Then they sent you a new wing. The wing that came with the edge that I have now had to be sent in first. Then they would send me a new wing. It would have been nice to have both.
