Default Removing bubbles from ARF covering

How do you remove the bubbles in the covering on an ARF fusalage? Do you use an iron or a heat gun? Should you poke a needle hole in the skin to let the air out? Please be specific.
Thanks

I poke a hole with a needle at one side of the bubble....
then apply a little heat with the tip of the iron, and work
the air out towards the hole with the iron, and my finger.
You can't always get it perfect....but much improved....

Dave.

To keep the Film from shrinking too much after your done IRONING
Rub a cold damp rag over the surface .
This gives you a really pro look.
Also use some of that Great Planes Monicote polisher.
You will have a really shiny plane.
