Default HANGER 9 TANGO....BUYER BEWARE

hello.............on the second flight of a hanger 9 tango.......all 4 of the elevator hinges pulled completely out..! the plane landed in a tall tree......completely destroyed the plane.....buyer beware.......pin the hinges!.......pault

I'm not familiar with this model. Does it come assembled as a plug-n-play or does the buyer have to put it together?

Checked the manual on line at Horizon Hobby, it says to pull test the ailerons, does not mention testing the elevator or rudder in the manual. Sounds like this might be a warranty issue with Horizon. I would call them if I were you.

i have already contacted the hobby shop owner....he said pull the radio and motor ....drop it by the shop and he would take care of it........3 cheers for the local hobby shop...pault

Nice to have a good local hobby store owner. Maybe this has happened before, or he received a bulletin from Horizon.

Give the guy credit for taking on the Customer service end and mention the shops name for others to know.
