Goldberg (now Lanier?) has the Extreme 330. It has very large control surfaces and you can get a ridiculous amount of throw. You can make it almost unflyable. I use a Futaba 9c on mine and have triple rates (Relaxing, Hot-dogging, 3-D).

Thunder tiger still makes them. Price is good. I have two and l am recovering one right now. They use the cheap sticky stuff. But it peels off easy to recover. Besides that, these planes are a hoot. Throw in a 50sx and you got a great second plane for minimal money that you will enjoy flying. Big symmetrical wing, lots of throw, and you can do almost anything with it with in reason. Just make sure you have tight linkages or you will get flutter. And pin the hinges. My original is 3 years old and has the snot flown out of it. Only reason l am covering it is because l banged it moving it.

The C of G is 4 1/4" to 4 3/4" back from LE. I ended up all the way to 4 3/4" But l would suggest the intial flight at 4 1/4" and work your way up.
Cheers
PS. Just to make sure you understand, l am talking about the thunder tiger arf/arc fun tiger. Hate to see you put this CofG on the wrong plane.
