Default 8000mah Dual Core LiPos from MaxAmps.com

Spokane, WA – The 150C Dual Core pack offers the highest performance of any LiPo battery available in the world. Rather than using one 8000mah cell, we take two 4000mah 150C cells and put them together in parallel. By doing this, the power load is split between two cells (cores) instead of one. Each cell has the thickest and lowest resistance tabs available. Not only do you get two cores, but you get 4 tabs instead of 2. This creates a pack with the lowest possible resistance, the highest voltage under load, and the most rapid voltage recovery of any pack we have ever tested.

What is the max constant current that we can safely pull from the pack? (until it is nearly used up)

The cell alone could handle a max burst of 1200 amps but this would drain the cell almost instantly. 600 amps would be constant but there is nothing in RC that could pull these much.

Would you give me leads and assembly that would allow 500 amps continuous? I wouldn't need any connectors. It would only have to pull about 5000 mah from the pack at about 500 amps. It wouldn't need to use up more than 5000 mah at a time.

Would there be an extra charge for no conector and larger leads capable of 500 amps?

We do custom packs all the time. Please give us a call at 888-654-4450 and get a quote from one of our tech guys. What would you be pulling 500 amps from? 500 amps continuous would drain through 8000mah of capacity pretty quickly.

Thanks,

Brandon

MaxAmps BS again?

Poor Brandon just got beat up so bad over on RC Groups he comes over here to try and peddle this crap.
These marketing guys don't have a clue.
Supplies 600AMPS from a little battery you can hold in your hand?
Give me a break, completely impossible, a complete bold face lie.
Do you have any idea what size wire would be required to carry 500AMPS?
