Default Hyperion 720 problem!

I'm really just trying to find a good contact number for technical problems.there's only one place in the United States that the web page says for a contact. But they won't answer the phone and when they do and I say I want to talk to someone about a battery charger they hang up. I called many times left many messages and emailed numerous times.so the problem is on channel 2 when I try to charge a battery it says voltage output too high. I take that battery and put it on channel 1 and have no problem. I've tried all kinds of different batteries on Channel 2 and It keep having the same thing. I tried using a better power supply 24 volt and all that did was burn Up wires coming out of channel 2.any kind of technical help would be great. A address to send it back to for check out would be cool too.
Thanks
Shawn

Shawn I was some what luckier than you I did get a hold of a place about my Hyperion charger, but at last there is no service on them in the states. They did however offer me a new charger like and kind for about 40% off. I decided than since there is no service I would get another brand that has service in the states which was equal to the hyperion for the same price. Sorry I don't have the name of the place I called now, but I was able to get there number thru a hobby store in Salt Lake.
