EP Kokam HDR cels shipping
This is to let you know that the fourth generation HDR packs built in the Kokam factory have arrived , are in stock, and are shipping to authorized distributors and direct from FMA Direct. See info at www.fmadirect.com.
You may now select/design packs for your applications using LIPOCALC II at www.fmadirect.com Unitized packs in the 2AH to 9.6AH range available soon at up to 6S and with all provisions for complete cell-balance or parallel charging of individual cells.

I went to the website but couldn't find anything that would indicate provisions for cell balancing or individual cell charging. Where can I find that information?
