Triton Charger Problems
Had the Triton for 3 years now. Went to charge a NiMh Battery one day, when plugged in, the connector produced an electric arc. Now none of the batterys are recognized by my Triton!!! I took the case apart thinking it was a fuse, but to no avail (this seems like a major problem - no fuse). The triton seems like it works fine (cycles through all menus), but it wont charge, discharge or cycle any batteries. It fails to recognize anything.
Any help with this one???
Thanks,
MPB

RE: Triton Charger Problems
Yeah, I just cleaned it up, thinking it would miracously work again (course it didn't). These electronics these days show no sign of anything wrong, and the other bummer is, is that radio shack doesn't have a 1/10 the parts they used to carry (not that they'd have any of this stuff anyway).
Thanks for the advise and replying... Any Idea on the cost of something like this???

RE: Triton Charger Problems
Well... Hopefully it won't be that much to fix. It's a great charger, and I miss not having it. Awsome to have at the field to top a plane off after 3 flights, let-alone the Transmitter. I've been messing with E Powered Helis, and really could use this thing!!!

You probably blew the output FET. Send it in.
