Default Smoke pump

ok i dont know where to post this but here is my problem

I wanted a programable smoke pump for my wild hare edge 540 so i took a old Don harris smoke pump and i put a brushed esc on it well when i am programing it to a mix to mix it in to my throttle i am having a problem

I have a futaba 8fg the problem I am having is when I am seting up my switch pos which it is on a three position switch on my radio because that is all I have left...
Ok so if I set up the bottom of the switch to be off and then set middle to be on and then again for the top to be off when i turn the switch to the on pos which is the middle the pump will work fine but if i happen to switch it to the all the way up pos the pump starts going faster and will never shut off with my mix so what I am trying to figure out is how to disable this top switch or is there some way i need to program my speed controler any help

It sounds like maybe your channel is reversed? That would mean the two ends are full on instead of full off and your middle position is wherever in the middle you had it set.
