Default Wing Bolts

Hey guys, I just tried to balance my SIG Kadet LT-40 [ARF] and after test fitting it on with the bolts, I saw one of them had gotten ruined and the threads messed up. Are bolts something generic that I can get at the hobby shop, or am I going to have to wait a week and order them from SIG?

Thanks all.

Tom

PS: Sheesh, I'm so close to done, and I'm going to bring it up to the hobbyshop tomorrow to have the guy check over it...it's all done minus these bolts and some...well kindof alot...of binding problems.

Tom,

If it's the wing mounting bolts you are referring to, they should be available from any hobby shop.
Get a few 1/4" bolts and a tap. Re-thread the wingmounts and your new bolts should work just fine

The hobby shop should have replacements when you bring your plane in to have it checked.

Shouldn't be any need to tap for new bolts.

Head to a well-stocked hardware store.

I got couple of them from ACE hardware store and they were 14 cents a piece plus you have option to get 1", 1.5" and 2"
