From: Greensburg, KS,
I damaged the right wing half on my alpha trainer. Does anyone have a replacement for sale. Since Hangar 9 forces you to buy a complete wing, I thought someone may have needed the left side for their own plane and may sell the right side.

The damage that is on the right wing, can you cut it out completely, leaving you with either 1 or 2 good sections. if so cut back to the nearest rib so that you can trace the rib pattern to scratch build(repair), then add the appropriate LE and any formers or sheeting. This should be less expensive than buying another wing. Good luck and may you have a speedy recovery....

You can also use another wing from another plane. If you belong to a club, check and see if anyone else has a trainer wing you could buy from them cheap. If the chord and length are close, and it's a flat bottomed wing, it should work fine.
