At throttle up and forward elevater or right or left airleron , when you let the stick come back to center position, shouldn't the servos return to starting position or do they stay where they are until you pull back on stick toward opposite dirrection

If I understand your question, the throttle should remain the same, all the other controls should return to the neutral position.
