Default DX8 Servo Problems

I have the DX8 transmitter with an AR6200 receiver. My airplaneis setup with 2 servos on the elevator. One operates normal and the other justflips up and stays there when I cut the plane on. There is no movement eitherway once it has power. The one that goes up is in the gear port. How do I adjust this servo tothe other one to function correctly?

Thanks,

It would help to know what brand and model the servos are. You have a digital transmitter and a lot of servos are analog. Some of these servos don't work with digital transmitters.

You need to assign the gear channel to the elevators if I remember correctly on a Futaba 1 and 6 is ailerons so 2 and 8 are elevators. Not sure if it's that way with JR

Just a mixing problem, read the manual.

As far as servos go, if you are using traditional analog digital servos, you have to set the frame rate to the 22 mSec setting, if all digital you can use the faster 11mSec setting.

On spectrum you can only use a aux channel, not gear. If you are running a duel elevator 1 goes in elevator and the other in aux 1 port. In the basic en set up window you need to go into wing configuration and change to duel elevator. After that then you go into servo set up; scroll thru all of the options, you will have L elevator and R elevator, one of them you will have to reverse one of them.

Hi!
All servos work with a Spektrum /JR radios and it's the same with all other radio systems too (Futaba, SANWA, Hitech, Graupner/JR)! Analog or digital doesn't matter.
