Default Help needed with Badger 150 airbrush

When I start spraying with the 150 airbrush the spray comes out OK. About 1/3 of the way through the 2 oz bottle the spray starts to slow down and typically it stops spraying the color at about 1/2 of the bottle.

The pickup tube is set about 3/32" from the bottom of the jar (and I have replaced the pickup tube in case there was a leak). I have tried various air pressures (in 5 lb increments) fro 30 lbs up to 60lbs. There is no difference.
I have completely disassembled the 150 airbrush and cleaned everything including soaking the airbrush overnight.
I have also tried various needle settings.

The paint sprays fine in my Badger 350 airbrush at 35 - 60 lbs pressure so I feel the paint is thinned properly.

I like the balance and control the 150 gives me.

Any ideas/suggestions?

Are you using a compressor or canned air? Canned air gets cold as it's used and losses pressure

Does the paint bottle or hose get cold? Cold equals low pressure.
you keep the cold away by slowing down on the trigger.
