Default 3S 3200mAh instead of 3S 1800mAh?

I got the Freewing B-17 for my son. It requires two 3S 1800mAh Lipos. I already have several 3S 3200mAh Lipos. What are the chances that I could use the lipos that I already have?

If the additional weight is not a problem they should work. Voltage is voltage regardless of the mah capacity of the battery. The weight difference might be great enough to present a problem with the larger battery, also will it physically fit in the same area?
