Default what size of engine for u-can-do 3d 46.

hey guys i have a saito 4 stroke .72 and i wanted to put in my new great planes u-can-do 3d .46 but after reading the instruction book it states not to use anything bigger than a .70...i do have a os .46 fx that i could also place in this plane...so my question is which motor would you use and why...i have that .72 in my mustang and i love the sound of that 4 stoker when it flys around..thanks for all the info ahead of time..

HI pete
The Saito 72 is really good for the U can do 46. It is not more powerful than a Os 70 and it's less heavy so it should be great. The Saito 72 is really more like a 70. Some people even put a 90 4 stroke on this plane. A 46 fx would be good too, but it won't have the power of the saito 72, so if you wanna have fun, you should chose the saito.
With an 46 fx, you won't be able to pull out of hover like the saito.\
I hope this help

I replied to this thread in one of the other forums you posted it in...

THe 46FX will not have enough power to hover with. Definately put that Saito in.

Yeah definitely
If you have a 72 Saito available, I'll greatly recommend putting it in the u can do.
It's just my opinion, but I like four stroke better anyway because of the sound and the torq they produce.
