BTW I poted this for you on another post. Why the cross posting?

RFrost;
The sharp end goes down on the right facing the motor, On a 25 to start without a Electric Start you can turn the High end needle to approx 2 full turns out from closed. To roughly adjust the low end take a piece of fuel tubing attach it to the carb. Now take a small jewlers screwdriver and close the low end needle. While blowing in the fuel tubing attached to the carb start adjusting the low end needle out till you just hear the air coming through the carb. Leave it there for now.
Now re-attach everything to your carb i.e. Tank fuel tubing and pressure line to the Muffler. Open your throttle full, put the Glow starter on and hand turn the engine slowly till you feel a slight kick-back. You may have to put your finger over the Carb to Choke it, to get the fuel to the carb.
Now with a chicken stick (can be a screwdriver or a stick with a piece of rubber on it) Flip the prop counterclockwise.
Btw to make thing easier set the so it's at the top of compression at approx 1-2 O'clock. This will make it easier to start. As well keeping you away from the blade on your follow through while starting.

Rag, do yourself a favor go to a local club and get some help with that engine before you damage it. There are several things you need to learn about setting up an engine for proper performance, to much to list here
