doesnt that stuff get hard when its dry?? i dont know.. never messed with the stuff.. i would say before or during.. after i suppose if you have a recip saw and know where they are...[&:][&:][&:] my guess would be at the max.. during..

Hello Pocho:
Although I have never used coverall I would say after. I cannot see why you can't do it after covering. Just go slow and carefull. I believe the dope will be a little brittle and want to crack or flake off right around where you cut your slots. You may have to do a little touch up. I hope all turns out well for you.
