Sorry, I kinda don't like the fact that it has no trainer feature..
But then again, I'm a glow-fuel newbie who likes putting ARFs together.
I did see htis plane in HobbyPeople's catalog online. At least it comes w/ a 4ch. BUT the plane is only 3ch (there is no ailerons, so beware, the right stick moved right or left doesn't do anything.)
Probably will get a better answer from an electric fan.

Don't know the flight characteristics of that particular plane, but the fact (as David pointed out) that it has 3 channels limits it's potential. Other than that, it might not be a bad choice if you're funds are limited, and you don't have an RC club close by.
Be prepared to crash it, and fix it quite a few times before you get in a 30 second flight though. Buy some epoxy, because it's the best stuff to use for foam. (That whole plane is most likely made from thin foam.)
Cirrus makes decent enough equipment, but it's NOT a name brand transmitter/receiver. It will be transferrable to another plane though.
Spend a bunch of time reading the beginners posts here, and asking questions, before you buy anything.
One more thing, Wattage makes okay stuff, so....
