I use Probond (similar to Gorilla Glue) whenever possible. Great Stuff!! That puff of smoke usually makes my eys burn too. I have the most problem with Zap thin once after a prolonged building session I had a nose bleed so bad I thought it was squirting[&:]. Never had the other symptoms, just the nose bleeds. Did I say Probond is great stuff?! Especially if you are working on an ARF. I quit doing that after I realized I could get a lot more plane for much less money, the satisfaction and wow factor don't count
