ORIGINAL: autopilot
I was in Minnesota for Christmas, and I wonder how you guys do it; I'd have to have a plane with skis ( or ice skates ) on it.
It's called hockey.

You all have it nice and you should really enjoy yourselves as much as you can. In North Dakota it's -5 F. Winds 5-10. That makes it -22 with the wind chill. Enjoy what you have and yes I'm jealous of anyone higher than freezing temps...

You all are going to hate it, but where I live in the southern hemisphere we are enjoying summer and I have been going out real early and flying just about every morning. Zero wind, about 72 degrees and the beautiful Andes mountains as a backdrop!!! We are about to move and in our new city it never gets below 50 degrees or so and is flying season all year round. Cant wait!

Not gonna fly today, tommorow, or any time soon for that matter if this weather keeps up.
Today we had
10 F
15-35mph wind
wind chill of somthing like -10f
about 10 inches of snow
I had to laugh though, this mourning I drove to class, and was going down the highway. On a 13 mi stretch of highway, there were 19 cars off the road!
yesterday was waaaaaaay colder mostly because the wind chill was like -35 f

Good thing I've got a plane to build!

Hey Geistware you might remember that I emailed you a month or so ago about the spanish translation of your web-page which I continue to enjoy. The job market in Argentina is like you might expect right now, terrible. However there is a new president and things are becoming more stable. I am an American missionary so my family is supported from the US. These guys in Argentina are crazy for flying. You can drive outside a tiny city and see a fantastic RC club. Its great!!!
