Default Wheel Eyelets? 5/32?!?

Where can I get wheel eyelets? This Tiger II is really getting on my nerves. It included wheel eyelets that were simply too small.

Where can I get them? Do I CA them on? Does Hog Heaven have them, or do I have to go to tower and pay 7.99 shipping?

what is a wheel eyelet??????

do you mean wheel collars. that go on both sides of the wheel to hold it on. any hobby shop should have those.

Nope. Wheel Eyelet; manual says a wheel eyelet next to the wire, then the wheel, then the wheel collar at the end with a set screw on the axle.

O well, might just go to the hobby shop and get three 5/32 wheel collars and set screws.

I've used wheel spacers by Du-Bro,looks like a waser with a arm with the end of the arm connecting around the landing wire, collar would do the same thing, but I've never heard of an eyelet. If you find out please post what it is.

it sounds like it is just a wheel collar to keep the wheel from golng up the landing gear. if it is a wire gear use one wheel collar on each side of the wheel. bring the directions to hog heaven and have john look at them, they are pretty good there if you need help.

TerrellFlyer,
I think that's what he's talking about. (The washer type thing with the arm that clips to the LG leg.)

David,
Just get wheel collars and use those, or drill out the "eyelets" that came with the ARF.

If those are what I think they are, don't drill them! They are made to be forced on so they don't slide around.

I can't force them on, for some reason.

Oh well, might go to Hog Heaven to buy wheel collars, maybe get John to help me force them on.

To Do List @ Hog Heaven

1. Wheel Collar stuff, get the wheel fixed up
2. Bit-o-Cub-Yellow-Ultractoe and White (I made a hole in my rudder with a screwdriver while tightening the Control Horn.)
3. Fuel Pump
4. Another APC prop, maybe another glow plug
5. Fuel Tubing
6. Maybe a VoltWatch
7. Whatever else I think up!!!
