Avistar maiden (pictures inside)
got about 4-5 flights (to excited to keep track) on my new RTF avistar. The throws were already perfect. I just flew left hand circuits with a few right turns mixed in. He only had to take it like 1-3 times when it was heading to the sun or a car was passin.. And I took off twice. this was also on a cement road. in the middle of a cane feild with ditch on either side. Oh it feels gooodddd. I will probally be landing on a grass runway for the first few times. all of this and my instructor just turned 14. He's an awsome pilot. He just got a F4U corsair for christmas.
So far I haven't landed. watched one week to solo vhs. hopefully be landing today. just took off twice and did circuits yesterday.
1st pic- low speed low flyby by instructor
2nd pic- instructor crosswind landing
3rd pic- tuning the engine
4th pic- Me taking the controls. ~We received the wrong buddy cord so we had to toss the controller back and forth~

Are you the guy in the blue, or the guy in the green? How did that truck get there you both look like kids? Nice pics though.

How we got there???? well Theres someone taking the picture. LOL It was my dad. It was actually in the morning before he went to work.
