If that's the shipped cost you got a good deal. If you still have to pay shipping, then it's not such a deal. 
Tower gets $219.99 plus shipping, but you can usually get free shipping on anything over $150. If you have to pay $10.00 shipping you saved $10. (But can you still send in the warranty card?)
