First level, loops, stalls, rolls. Imellmens(I know I spelled that rong hehe)
Then more advanced things like torque rolls, 3d, and stall speed acrobatics. These are very advanced and require a 3d type/capable airplane to do them with.

Ask the people that are talking about it. The only danger to that, is if they don't know what the tricks are! []

go to 3drc.info, aeroforce.co.uk, geistware.com, and they will tell you a little more about tricks than you wanted to know.

DAMN! Turns out the maneuver I've been calling a Lolly-Twist is actually a half-cuban eight. I think I'll call it a half-cuban lolly, or maybe a Lolly-Cuban Twist?

The other trick is to look like you are doing something when you have no idea what it is.

I don`t call my aerial maneuvers " aerobatics ", that would be a disservice to the term. I call them " practice in getting out of odd shapes in the air " ! Oh well, as long as it`s fun!

www.nsrca.org Pattern (precision) aerobatics. Plenty of maneuver descriptions and how to do the PREFECTLY. (which always includes... practice)
