Well I've been flying my avistar with no problems for about a month now. I've logged about 30-40 flights with it with no problems except for the engine mount bolts vibrating loose every 10 flights or so. I've really stressed the plane with some pretty harsh loops and tight turns at full throttle without any problems. It's still fun to fly but I think I'm ready to step up to something a little hotter. The ultra stick 40 is supposed to be a pretty tame and conservative second plane. I have an irvine 53 on it and I'm looking forward to next Sat. to take off. The flaps and crow set up was the hardest thing. I have it balanced right on the mark with no lead needed. I switched out the metal mount and put my battery toward the tail. I'm having a blast.
