Default Legality of Park Flyers ? (Australia)

Howdy

With regards to these new park flyers that are being sold by Toy Shops, what is the legality of them (Models) having to adhere to MAAA and CASA laws (CASR Part 101) (Austailia Only) ? All I have been able to find is that anything under 100 grams is exempt from these rules. Most of these Park flyer’s batteries would be 100 grams. So how is it legal to fly them ? Is there another weight limit ? The reason I ask is that my flying field has a limited time of operations (Sat/Sun) and I would like to be able to fly more, so that is where a foam park flyer seems like the best solution.....maybe.

Thanks

Gonk
