LT-40 first plane pics
Well, I have been reading forums here for 3 weeks now, I've learned a few things I wish I knew 3 months ago. Built the LT-40 Kit exactly as per instructions except for covering, which I did different because I am sure there will be some other LT-40's with recommended or ARF covering.
Anyway... these pics were taken a month ago, made some small changes since. Hopefully my first flight goes as smooth as the build went.

My young son and I are watching Duke and UConn right now, while I'm going through RC Universe. I clicked on one of your LT40 pics and heard him say "Cool!". Now, he's not easily impressed[&o], and he's watching the game. So you must have done good! Good job.

The LT was my first kit and I still enjoy flying the darn thing and use it to train other pilots. I certainly recommend reinforcing the rudder-fus joint, that failed on mine and has on others. Otherwise one fine kit and plane. Good cover job.

Spokman,
I used both Ultracote and Monokote, sorry cant remember exactly which color is which
Dennis,
lol, I expected someone to mention the wallpaper thing. It was there when I bought the house, just haven't got around to removing it. Building the plane was at the top of the 'to do' pile, wallpaper was at bottom. I had a good laugh though
bulletbob,
Yes, that was one thing I will be changing as well as a few others, Thanks.
Mudsurfer1234,
If the nose-wheel becomes an issue like yours was I will change it to a taildragger, but thanks for the heads up.

I will also add my well done's. That is a super covering job. Give your self a pat on the back and a cold beverage of your choice, you earned it.
