Default Another Evolution Engine Problem

I have an Evolution 61
It has run rich (pukes fuel bad) ever since I got it.
I've only run 3/4 gallon of fuel through it
Now when I start it it dies at half throttle
It is suppose to be preset and broke in from the factory
The manual is no help
I've tried to lean it out but can't get it to idle and run at full throttle at any setting
Saw air bubbles in the line between the needle valve and carb
Found a loose fitting at the needle valve from the tank
Fixed it but still not right
Replace glow plug
Didn't help
What am I missing?

Well- I am NOT familiar with the Evol. line but.... Does it have a low-end adjustment inside the throttle arm area? If so that is for adjusting the idle- So use the main needle to get it running close to peak, a little rich, then use 1/8 of a turn in "clockwise" on the low end until it will idle for 30 sec. then transition to full with out sputtering or dying--

canmann,

Pardon me if I say something you already know, but a lot of people adjust the wrong screw for the low end. Here is a pic of the low end adjustment.

Also, have you tried the "Pinch test" referred to in the manual?

I'm gonna take a shot at it,mine didn't run so good when i first got it and the high speed was as rich as it would go against the stop but it still didn't seem right.Saturday a guy listened to it and at full throttle, pinched the gas line just before the highspeed setting and it didn't run very long then died,it's supposed to rev up a little before it dies,he jumped the factory stop about 1/2 turn at full throttle and it sounded great, then pinched the line and it ran longer this time then revved up a little,he was satisified.
This may or may not help but at least it's worth a try

Thanks for the reply's
minnflyer - your pic is right on
I didn't see it before tonight
Called the tech guy this morning at Horizon Hobby
He instructed me how to adjust the low speed and reset the stop
Reset the high end did the pinch tests.
Everything works great now!!
