I guess if your a fan of the Apple Computer, you are not going to learn to fly with a simulator.....am I right? Or do I have to find a new girlfriend with a PC ? [:@] Does anyone know of a flight sim. that is Mac compatible, or do I really have to find the chick?

Well, a new girlfriend will mean not having time for a flight sim anyway.
I do not know of any RC Sims that are MAC compatible, and I wondered for a second about the Microsoft flight simulator. Then I said "DOH!" I sincerely doubt that Microsoft would put out Apple compatible software. SO I think the girlfriend is the only option. [:@]

X-Plane using Tower View or whatever should work.
It's really fun having Tower Mode in FS2000 but it's just that I have no joystick.
X-Plane. I have a PC so I don't know much about it.

There are quite a few flight sims out for the Mac, but no RC sims. DB, Microsoft makes quite a bit of software for the Mac. David has mentioned X-Plane, which is an absolutely outstanding sim, is probably the best one for the Mac. I don't think it would be very handy for practicing RC, though.
There have been some small efforts at RC sims for the Mac, and if you Google around a bit you'll find a few. Here's one: http://rcvehicles.about.com/cs/rchel...chelosim_2.htm
There's also been quite a bit of discussion about this in the Simulators forum.
