Default Fitting servos

i got a plane here, which is the phoenix classic. the plane's instruction manual's crap. im having a problem working the servos. especially the aileron. i cant seem to fix it together. i havent tried anything else. help apperciated.

I know nothing about this model, but if you can describe the problem a little better or post a picture
